SaaS Operations Dashboard
A multi-tenant admin and reporting dashboard that gives a SaaS team one place to see accounts, subscriptions and product usage.
- Business problem
- Early-stage SaaS teams often answer basic questions — which accounts are active, who is on which plan, where trials stall — by querying the production database or exporting spreadsheets. It is slow, error-prone and risky.
- Solution
- A role-based internal dashboard backed by a Node.js API. Subscription state is kept in sync with Stripe through webhooks, usage events are aggregated by background jobs, and support staff get scoped, audited access to account details without touching the database.
