These Terms of Service govern your use of Tek Squads' website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging us for a project.
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Tek Squads for any services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Tek Squads provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals or statements of work ("SOW"). The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in the signed SOW, which forms part of these terms.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) projects require a 50% deposit before work commences; (b) the remaining balance is due upon project completion before final file transfer or site launch; (c) invoices are payable within 7 days of issue; (d) late payments accrue interest at 2% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the SOW. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. Scope changes must be agreed in writing before additional work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, required content (copy, images, brand assets), and access to necessary accounts or systems. Delays caused by late client feedback may push project timelines without constituting a breach on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Licences
Some projects may incorporate third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, or SaaS tools. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining licences for any such third-party assets required for your ongoing use after project handoff.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tek Squads' total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
We warrant that work will be performed professionally and in conformance with the agreed SOW. Beyond this, services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or conversion rates.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
