API integration
Most businesses run on several tools that need to share data: a payment provider, a CRM, accounting software, messaging and scheduling services. We design and build integrations that keep those systems in sync and handle the failures that inevitably happen along the way.
The challenge
Connecting to an API for the first time is usually straightforward. Keeping that connection reliable is harder. Webhooks arrive twice or out of order, rate limits are hit during busy periods, tokens expire, and a provider changes a field without much notice.
When an integration fails quietly, the symptoms appear elsewhere: invoices that never reach accounting, customers charged without an order being created, CRM records that drift out of date. By the time someone notices, the cleanup is manual and time-consuming.
We treat integrations as production systems in their own right, with clear data ownership, idempotent processing, retries, logging and alerts, so problems are caught and recoverable rather than discovered weeks later.
Services
Checkout, subscriptions, refunds and payment status handling with providers such as Stripe, kept consistent with your orders and customer records.
Syncing contacts, deals, invoices and payments between your application and the CRM or accounting tools your team already uses.
Transactional email, SMS and chat notifications, plus calendar and booking services, triggered from events in your application.
Designing and building your own APIs for partners, mobile apps or other internal systems, with clear documentation, authentication and versioning.
Receiving and sending webhooks safely, verifying signatures, handling duplicates and reconciling data between systems on a schedule where events alone are not enough.
Adding logging, alerting and replay tools to existing integrations, and fixing ones that have become unreliable.
Use cases
Payments are collected online but entered into the accounting system by hand. An integration records them automatically and flags anything that does not match.
Sales and support teams work in a CRM, but customer activity happens in your application. Syncing key events gives everyone the same picture.
Partners or customers want programmatic access to your platform. You need a documented, secure and versioned API they can build against.
An existing connection drops data occasionally and nobody is sure why. We add visibility, find the failure points and make the processing recoverable.
Our approach
We document which system is the source of truth for each piece of data, what events trigger a sync and what should happen when the systems disagree.
We study the documentation, authentication model, rate limits, webhook behavior and sandbox environments of each service before committing to a design.
We implement idempotent handlers, retries with backoff, dead-letter handling and clear error logging, and test against sandbox accounts and recorded edge cases.
We set up alerts for failed or delayed syncs, provide a way to replay failed events, and document how the integration works for your team.
Technology
We choose tools for each project based on your requirements and existing systems.

FAQ
Any service with a documented API or webhook support is generally possible to integrate. Common examples include payment providers, CRMs, accounting platforms, email and SMS services and calendar tools. Before committing, we review the specific provider to confirm its API supports what you need.
No-code tools work well for simple, low-volume connections. Custom integrations make more sense when you need complex data mapping, strict error handling, higher volume or logic that lives alongside your application. We can help you decide and can also replace no-code flows that have become hard to manage.
A well-built integration queues work and retries once the service recovers, and alerts someone if the problem persists. We cannot control third-party availability, but we can make sure outages do not silently lose data.
It depends on the number of systems, the complexity of the data mapping, the quality of each provider's API and how much historical data needs to be synced. We can estimate once we understand the systems involved and what needs to flow between them.
